Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with PCOS underwent IVF/ICSI and obtained clinical pregnancy: According to the Rotterdam criteria in 2003, if two of the following three criteria are met, and other diseases that cause similar clinical manifestations are excluded, the diagnosis can be made: (1) Androgen (excessive clinical or/and biochemical manifestations); (2) Occurrence of ovulation or anovulation; (3) Polycystic changes in the ovary: the volume of unilateral ovary increases by more than 10ml (excluding cysts and dominant follicles) or there are more than 12 follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm in unilateral ovary; 2. Normal response to IVF/ICSI population and clinical pregnancy: IVF/ICSI due to male factors or fallopian tube factors; 3. Over 18 years old; 4. Single pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 40 years old; 2. Patients with recurrent miscarriage, that is, patients with >= 2 consecutive miscarriages before 20 weeks of pregnancy; 3. Other endocrine diseases that lead to clinical manifestations similar to PCOS, such as hyperprolactinemia, Cushing’s syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, etc.; 4. Patients with PGT.
