Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Ureteral stones conforming to the indications of rigid ureteroscopic lithotripsy, or kidney stones and ureteral stones conforming to the indications of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy, according to the CUA Guidelines 2019; (2) The maximum diameter of a single stone = 2.0cm; (3) 18-70 years of age, regardless of gender; (4) Fr8 rigid ureteroscopy cannot be successfully performed, or the front end of ureteral sheath cannot be successfully inserted into the upper ureter; (5) Patient sign informed consent and agree to participate in all research follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Kidney transplant patients; (2) Patients with impaired heart, liver, kidney and respiratory function or other serious systemic diseases; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with mental diseases; (5) Patients requiring concomitant contralateral endoscopic procedures(such as PCNL, URL, RIRS, etc.); (6) Failed to place dialation balloon catheter; (7) Patients with any preoperative diagnosis of ureteral stricture; (8) Patients with any previous history of operation of the ureter on the relevant side; (9) Patients who need to use ureteral dilation balloon catheter to dilate more than one site; (10) For patients with rigid ureteroscopic lithotripsis, Fr6 and below ureteroscopic lithotripsis can be successfully achieved; (11) For patients with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy, F12/14 ureteral sheaths are not used after balloon dilation; (12) Patient who refuse to sign the informed consent; (13) Any other patients not suitable for inclusion.
