18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years, with ASA 1-3, who were to undergo unintubated intravenous anesthesia (painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy, or painless hysteroscopy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, patients with allergic history to study drugs, patients with preoperative sedative or analgesic use, patients with perioperative cognitive dysfunction, patients with preoperative severe systemic diseases, patients with difficult airway, patients with maxillofacial trauma or surgery history, patients with severe anemia or peripheral vascular disease.
