Interventions

Group 1:Give Chaihu Shengjiang Granule, one bag at a time, and take it with water, three times a day.
Group 2:Give a granule with the same appearance, smell, taste and weight as Bupleurum chinense DC, one bag at a time, and take it with water, three times a day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old and <= 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic refractory cough; 3. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking and active lung diseases such as acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, untreated bronchial asthma, etc.; 2. Patients suffering from respiratory tract infection, treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, purulent sputum and hemoptysis at random one month ago; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Patients with malignant tumor.
