65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 65 years old; Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass; Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary surgery and emergency surgery; 2. Patients with combined surgery such as simultaneous CABG mixed percutaneous coronary intervention; 3. Previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis or severe dementia (severe cognitive dysfunction based on Mini-Mental State Examination score < 24 points); 4. Unable to communicate because of language barriers; 5. Previous history of brain trauma or neurosurgery; 6. Left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) < 30%; 7. Severe carotid stenosis, hepatic and renal insufficiency or other cardio-pulmonary and cerebral diseases diagnosed by clinical diagnosis.
