Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for children with liver transplantation: (1) liver transplantation for the first time; (2) Age =18 years old; (2) Take care of children at home for more than >12h; hours every day; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for children with liver transplantation: (1) Combined multi-organ transplantation such as liver transplantation combined with small intestine transplantation; (2) Combined with other serious diseases such as congenital heart disease; (3) Termination of treatment or unplanned discharge; 2. Exclusion criteria for main family caregivers of children with liver transplantation: those without normal communication skills.
