Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain and discomfort in the area between the axillae midline, with or without thigh pain, which is in accordance with the Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute/Chronic Low Back Pain in China: the course of disease lasts for more than 12 weeks, the cause is unknown, and the causes other than spinal specific diseases or nerve root pain are below the costal margin, above the hip transverse stripes and bilateral heterosexual low back pain; 2. Satisfy patients with positive JY modified bending test. Specific test method of JY modified bending test; (1) The patient stands with his feet flat and his toes facing forward, and the patient bends down actively, which induces the aggravation of low back pain to be positive. If the pain is not aggravated or not obviously aggravated, it is negative; (2) The test is positive when the patient is sitting, that is, bending his hips and knees, and the patient bends down actively, and the low back pain is mostly relieved or completely relieved. If it is not relieved or the remission is not obvious, it is negative; (3) If conditions 1 and 2 are met at the same time, the patient will stand again, and the heels on both sides will be raised by about 5cm respectively, and then bend down again. If the pain is relieved, the lower limb on the raised side will be positive. If the pain is aggravated, it is negative for the lower limbs on the high side; (4) Satisfying conditions 1, 2 and 3 at the same time can be recorded as positive for JY improved bending test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria but whose companions have obvious heart, brain, kidney and digestive system diseases may affect the observation of curative effect; 3. Receive other related treatment; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those who cannot cooperate to complete the clinical observation or those who have been treated for less than 1 week.
