Flurbiprofen axetil group (Group F):Group F was given flurbiprofen axetil 1.0 mg/kg by slow intravenous drip 15 min before induction of anesthesia (administered over 1 min)
Control group (Group C):No treatment for Group C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective right lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy with single-lung ventilation using a blocker were selected, regardless of gender, age 35-64 years, BMI 18.5-27.9 kg/m2, and ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative history of severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, history of narcotic analgesic drug abuse, history of psychiatric and neurological diseases, patients with peptic ulcers, patients with severe hepatic, renal and hematologic dysfunction, patients with severe heart failure, hypertension, patients with history of allergy to flurbiprofen ester, patients with aspirin asthma or previous history, patients who are using eloxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs applied within 24h before surgery, flurbiprofen ester use is contraindicated, lactation.
