Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of Novel Coronavirus Infection; 2)Meet any of the following: Respiratory distress, respiratory rate of 30 times / min; In the resting state, no oxygen inhalation, arterial oxygen saturation of 93%; Arterial partial oxygen pressure (PaO 2) / oxygen inhalation concentration (FiO 2) =300mmHg; Clinical symptoms progressively worsened, and pulmonary imaging showed that the lesion significantly progressed by 50% within 24 to 48 hours; 3) Age=18 years old; 4) Consciousness; 5)Non-tracheal intubation; 6) voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnancy; 2)Severe hemodynamic instability; 3)intracranial hypertension; 4) Acute hemorrhagic disease; 5)Restriction position in orthopedic diseases; 6)Abdominal surgery requires limited restriction or severe abdominal burns; 7) postoperative facial trauma; 8) Intolerable the prone position.
