Sex/Gender

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age> 50y; 2) patients who are diagnosed with PD based on UK criteria; 3) 1=H-Y=2; 4) diagnosed less than 2 y; 5) having ability to cooperate in the completion of various assessments; 6) MMSE>24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)accompany with other neurodegenerative diseases that have been diagnosed; 2) history of stroke, traumatic brain injury, diabetes mellitus, accompany with serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other internal diseases; 3) accompany with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; 4) accompany with serious eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration, history of eye surgery.
