Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective heart valve replacement under CPB for the first time, NYHA ?-? grades, regardless of gender, age 25-70 years old, weight 45-80 kg; no serious cardiopulmonary function abnormalities, blood pressure, blood sugar in the normal range, no coagulation abnormalities, No history of taking antioxidants, hormonal drugs, and severe immune system diseases; no respiratory tract infection and severe allergic reactions in the recent surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or family members are opposed to drawing blood samples; emergency surgery; patients with serious infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and syphilis (to prevent contamination of instruments, etc.); patients with severe cardiac insufficiency or some special reasons that significantly prolong the operation time patient.
