Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Super-elderly patients who planned orthopedic surgery were =80 yesrs old,ASA ?-?,gender unlimited,consciousness,voluntary testand signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Outpatient surgery or local anesthesia without anesthesiologist intervention 2.History of alcoholism or drug dependence 3.Severe audio-visual impairment,or other factors leading to communication difficulties
