Experimental group:Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy was used for treatment, once every other day, 3 times as a course of treatment, and two courses of treatment were observed.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above-mentioned western medical diagnosis (diagnostic criteria: diagnose with reference to the contents of the Expert Consensus on the Standardization of Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root formulated by the expert group on the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root. ? There are typical nerve root symptoms, such as numbness and pain in upper limbs, and the above symptoms are consistent with the coverage of cervical spinal nerves; ? The results of brachial plexus traction test or neck pressing test were positive; ? The clinical manifestations were consistent with the imaging results; (4) Except for diseases with upper limb pain caused by scapulohumeral periarthritis, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome. ) and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (diagnostic criteria: refer to the diagnostic content of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the diagnostic efficacy criteria of traditional Chinese medicine issued by state administration of traditional chinese medicine in 1994. ? Neck pain accompanied by upper limb pain, which is aggravated when the neck is extended back; ? Sensation weakening, muscular atrophy and abnormal tendon reflex in the area covered by compressed nerve roots; ? The results of brachial plexus traction test or neck pressing test were positive; ? Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical radiculopathy caused by trauma and other reasons; 2. Patients with other types of cervical spondylosis; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease and abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Unwilling to cooperate or unable to complete the course of treatment for other reasons.
