Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case inclusion criteria: (1) Crohn's disease confirmed by endoscopy or pathology; (2) Right-handed; (3) 18-60 years old; (4) Receive more than 9 years of education; 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) Gastrointestinal diseases were ruled out by a gastroenterologist; (2) Right-handed; (3) 18-60 years old; (4) Receive more than 9 years of education.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of mental and nervous system diseases, a history of head trauma, and lack of consciousness; 2. Those who have used opiates, hormones, and psychotropic drugs within 3 months; 3. Those with claustrophobia; 4. People with metal implants in the body; 5. Women who are menstruating, lactating, or pregnant.
