A group:multigrain noodles intervention for 2 weeks + general diet for 2 weeks with a washout period of 2 weeks.
B group:general diet for 2 weeks + multigrain noodles intervention for 2 weeks with a washout period of 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes; 2. Patients aged from 18 to 80 years old; 3. At the first visit,HbA1c < 9.0%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have changed the use of hypoglycemic drugs within 3 months prior to enrollment; 2. Patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment and autoimmune diseases, malignancy, gastrointestinal diseases, history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patients with acute and critical illnesses such as severe infection, ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolarity; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients who drinked yogurt in the past 7 days or ingestion of fermented products during the trial; 6. Patients who use antibiotics, micro-ecological modulators, gastrointestinal motility drugs and other agents affecting the intestinal flora within the past 3 months; 7. Patients with severe mental illness, poor compliance in the past 6 months; 8. Alcohol abuse; 9. Patients who have participated in other research projects in the past 3 months.
