Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged over 65 years old; 2) Diagnosed with cholelithiasis-related diseases, such as gallbladder or common bile duct stones; 3) Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital; 4) Sign the informed consent for the clinical trial; 5) General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 6) ASA classification is II-III; 7) Both upper limbs can tolerate continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of allergies to the relevant drugs in this study; 2) Suffering from serious systemic diseases such as heart, lung, blood, liver and kidney; 3) Patients with arteriosclerosis, peripheral blood vessels and other diseases affect blood pressure measurement;
