Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 18 and 95 years old; 2. Coronary angiography was performed on emergency admission; 3. Diagnosed as acute coronary syndrome on admission; 4. Holter monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic total occlusion or chronic coronary syndrome; 2. Previous coronary artery bypass surgery; 3. Complicated with severe valvular heart disease; 4. Active myocarditis; 5. Active pericarditis; 6. Severe infection; 7. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30ml/min); 8. Rheumatic immune system diseases; 9. There are life-limiting diseases other than coronary heart disease; 10. Mental or legal incapacity; 11. Drug or alcohol abuse in the past 2 years; 12. Patients with non-sinus rhythm of basic rhythm (such as atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, severe atrioventricular block and pacemaker implantation, etc.). Tumor-related diseases; 14. There are other diseases that affect autonomic nervous function, such as hyperthyroidism, mental or nervous system diseases, etc.
