Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Elderly people aged 65-80,with no history of COVID-19 infection. 2. Any antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics or other nutritional products have not been applied within 1 month before registration. 3. Those who have been vaccinated according to the COVID-19 vaccination procedure and are eligible for the next dose of the same type of vaccination..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. History of gastrointestinal surgery. 2. Lactose intolerancce. 3. Immune dysfunction 4. Application of immunosuppressive drugs. 5. Diarrhea is occurring. 6. Severe constipation(50g/l) Exit criteria 1. Adverse reactions such as headache, fever, and cough occur after vaccination; 2. Allergy to any component in the vaccine; 3. Failure to collect venous blood and stool at the time specified in the informed consent form or insufficient sample size. 4. Loss to follow-up.
