60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study group inclusion criteria (1) ASA II to III; (2) 60 to 90 years old; (3) Undergoing major abdominal surgery (estimated operation time 2 hours or more);(4) Fluent in Chinese (speaking and reading); Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) Age >= 60 years; (2) ASA class II or III; (3) Fluency in Chinese (speaking and reading); (4) Ability to complete neuropsychological tests independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of the study group: (1) Hearing impairment (2) Speech impairment (3) Severe liver insufficiency (ChildePugh class C or higher) (4) Severe renal insufficiency (treated with dialysis) (5) Use of psychotropic drugs (6) MMSE < 23 points Exclusion criteria of control group: (1) refused to participate in the study; (2)MMSE<23 (3) Psychiatric history; (4) It is intended to undergo surgery or anesthesia.
