Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Screening for overweight and Obesity in School-age children and Adolescents" released in 2018. (2) Obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness excess in accordance with the "TCM Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria". (3) Age of 7-14 years old. (4) Informed consent and voluntary subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obese patients who do not conform to spleen deficiency and dampness. (2) The adrenal corticoreleasing hormone and cortisol of the children were detected, indicating obesity caused by endocrine diseases. (3) Patients who have not completed the prescribed medication, cannot judge the efficacy or have incomplete data affecting the efficacy or safety evaluation. (4) Patients who cannot return to the clinic on time and fall off midway.
