Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the indication of selective THA operation; 2. Go straight ahead through one side; 3. Body mass index 18~30kg/m^2; 4. ASA grade I to III; 5. The age is 18-85 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation history of the affected hip joint; 2. Contraindication of local anesthesia or nerve puncture; 3. Abnormal lower limb function; 4. History of opioid dependence or abuse; 5. Incomplete function of important organs; 6. Coagulation dysfunction; 7. Mental, language and hearing impairment; 8. Serious life-threatening complications occurred during the operation; 9. Enter ICU after the operation.
