Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Qi deficiency type patients with postpartum pelvic floor pain from 42 days to 5 years postpartum; Postpartum pain of vaginal orifice, clitoral root, labia, urethral orifice and its surrounding tissues, or vaginal pain, sexual intercourse pain, or anorectal pain and other symptoms, with visual analog scale (VAS) of self pain assessment >= 3 points. and Visual analog scale (VAS) of pelvic floor muscle tenderness >= 3 points. 2. Consent to this study and sign; 3. Patients with complete medical record, and are willing to take tests including cervix liquid based cytological examination, leucorrhea, hematuria examination, and ultrasound examination of uterine and ovaries, combined with clinical manifestations, are qualified for postpartum pelvic floor pain without organic lesions; 4. Have clear consciousness, no mental system disease, be able to communicate, and able to read; 5. Age between 20-40 years old; 6. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude other causes of pain, such as inflammatory diseases, genital inflammation, urinary system inflammation, perianal inflammatory diseases, hemorrhoids, anal fissure and other diseases; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic system and mental diseases; 3. Patients who are taking medication for other diseases; 4. Pregnancy, patients with serious diseases of heart, liver or kidney, or patients with critical illness or advanced disease; 5. Patients who failed to participate in the whole study procedure including treatment and evaluation due to some reasons; 6. Cognitive impairment; 7. Others who are not suitable for participating in the study.
