Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective perianal surgery; 2. The preoperative ASA classification is I-III; 3. Patients aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Patients who agree to participate in the research and need to use an analgesic pump after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Complicated with serious organ dysfunction such as heart and brain; 4. Patients with a history of chronic pain and long-term use of analgesics before surgery.
