Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 60 years who planned to undergo off-cardiopulmonary bypass grafting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's disease, dementia (including dementia caused by Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and Lewy bodies dementia), or mental illness; 2. Have had a stroke or other central nervous system disease within the past 6 months; 3. Preoperative delirium; 4. Those who are unable to communicate due to severe audio-visual impairment, language impairment and/or communication difficulties; 5. Alcohol dependence and drug addiction; 6. Accidental discharge or refusal to participate in the study.
