Index test:serum adenosine deaminase,a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, liver function, renal function, C-reactive protein and blood cell count.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. With fever symptoms, axillary temperature>37.5 ? is measured at least once within 24 hours; 3. There was a history of field activities within 3 weeks before the onset of disease, such as field work, fishing, camping, sitting and lying on grass, contact and use of straw.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Those with severe basic diseases, such as cardiac function grade IV, post-stroke paralysis, uremia and decompensation of liver cirrhosis; 3. Those with acute serious cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, stroke and epilepsy; 4. Tumor patients; 5. Patients with autoimmune diseases or organ transplantation need long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or adrenocortical hormones; 6. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
