Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects shall be over 18 years old (inclusive), regardless of gender; 2. The impacted mandibular third molars were showed mesioangular or horizontal, Pell &Gregory grade (class II, Level B) on the panoramic X-ray, so the difficulty values were the same; 3. No periodontal disease, other acute infectious diseases, mental diseases, or systemic diseases; 4. Volunteers sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to bone meal, periosteum and other materials; 2. Patients with acute or severe infection or chronic infection in the acute phase; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with radiation osteomyelitis, acute and chronic osteomyelitis, and osteoporosis 5. Patients with uncontrolled primary diseases of important organs such as heart, lung, brain, and kidney; 6. Patients with mental illness; 7. Patients who cannot respond to treatment.
