18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 18 and 75 years old; 2. ECOG PS score: 0-1; 3. For patients with multiple pulmonary nodules on chest thin-slice CT, there should be less than 3 nodules on the surgical side, and all of them are radiological low-invasive nodules; 4. The patient's cardiopulmonary function was assessed to be tolerable to anatomical lung resection; 5. According to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of primary lung cancer, China (2022 Edition), the purpose of surgery is radical resection; 6. Patients could fully understand the study design; 7. The patient or legal representative should sign the informed consent of this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lung or thoracic surgery or operation history; 2. History of lung or other organ malignant tumor; 3. Complicated with serious other organ diseases and unable to tolerate surgery under general anesthesia.
