19 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria for the death group include the following: (1) MHD patients were older than 18 years; (2) hemodialysis >3 months due to renal failure; (3) complete medical history; (4) death due to CVD. 2. The inclusion criteria for non-death group include the following: hospitalized due to CVD but did not succumb, the other criteria were the same as the first three in the death group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute kidney injury or non-ESRD (End-stage renal disease), patients with advanced tumor with metastasis, patients with previous history of peritoneal dialysis.
