65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to the indication of selective THA operation; 2. Under general anesthesia, the direct anterior approach was performed through one side; 3. 65~85 years old; 4. Body mass index 18~30kg/m^2; 5. ASA grade I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hip joint surgery on the affected side; 2. Contraindication of local anesthesia or nerve puncture; 3. Lower limb dysfunction; 4. History of opiate dependence or abuse; 5. Incomplete function of important organs; 6. Coagulation dysfunction; 7. Mental, language and hearing disorders; 8. Serious life-threatening complications occurred during operation; 9. Enter ICU after operation.
