18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 85 years old; 2. Have at least one extracranial measurable lesion according to RECIST1.1 criteria; 3. Major organs with healthy function: (1) ECOG physical status score 0-1 or KPS score >70; (2) HB >=90g/L (no blood transfusion within 14 days), ANC >= 1.5×10^9/L, PLT >= 80×10^9/L, Alb >= 2.8g/dL, serum lipase and amylase 50 ml/min; (4) Cardiac ejection fraction >55%; (5) The serum levels of calcium, potassium and magnesium were within the standard range; 4. No hemorrhagic disease or coagulation disorder; 5. Ability of daily living activities, social participation, perception and communication 6. Regular exercise <1 hour or <2 times per week for the past 6 months 7. Voluntary informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of other malignant diseases; 2. Participated in other drug clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of the study; 3. Patients with physical activity impairment who cannot complete the prescribed exercise program; 4. The investigator judges that the compliance is poor or not suitable for this clinical trial; 5. Expected survival time <3 months.
