Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=60 years old; Primary bronchial lung cancer was diagnosed by pathological diagnosis and chemotherapy was given for the first time, and the chemotherapy cycle was >=4 times; The patient lives in rural areas of Shaanxi; Patients or their families will use smart phones and can use WeChat software for information exchange; Patients and their families voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Terminal cancer (estimated survival time is less than 6 months); Combined with other cancer diseases or major diseases; Concealed illness; Clear diagnosis of visual, hearing and cognitive disorders, language communication disorders; Joining other researchers.
