Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This project intends to select breast cancer and gastrointestinal cancer patients as the participants. 1. Inclusion criteria for breast cancer patients: female; >=18 years old; diagnosed pathologically with breast cancer; able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of others; no mental disorders and language barriers; volunteer to participate in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for gastrointestinal cancer patients: suspected primary gastrointestinal cancer by endoscopy and symptom diagnosis; >=18 years old, able to communicate normally; volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: This project intends to select breast cancer and gastrointestinal cancer patients as the participants. 1. Exclusion criteria for breast cancer patients: metastatic breast cancer; serious systemic infection, severe anemia and other complications or vital organ failure; with other major organic diseases; past experience with relevant psychological interventions. 2. Exclusion criteria for gastrointestinal cancer patients: mental or cognitive impairment; other organic diseases; past experience with relevant psychological interventions.
