50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA Grade I to III, 50 to 70 years old, undergoing elective fiber bronchoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of nasal surgery, nasal malformation or hyperplasia of nasal tissues, history of chronic epistaxis; Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe abnormal liver and kidney function; Blood routine, blood biochemistry, coagulation function, electrocardiogram and other tests are obviously abnormal; Patients in the acute stage of fever or asthma attack; Patients who withdrew from the study for various reasons.
