Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:18-60, No gender limitation, wrist circumference between 130-200mm; 2. For patients with prehypertension and grade 1 hypertension, the systolic blood pressure in the consulting room was 120-159 mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure was 80-99mmHg; 3. Average habitual sleep time is less than 6.5 hours per night; 4. Consistent self-reported sleep habits over the past 6 months; 5. Have a HarmonyOS or Android 7.0 or above phone; 6. The Subject or Subject's guardian have good writing, reading and communication skills in Chinese; 7. Subject have ability to use Huawei blood pressure watch and Huawei Innovation research APP normally; 8. Join the program voluntarily and sign informed consent or consent privacy Agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure >=160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100 mmHg ; 2. Cardiovascular risk was classified as high risk or very high risk; 3. Suspected secondary hypertension; 4. History of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 5. History of insomnia or other sleep disorders, or use of sedative and hypnotic drugs in the past month; 6. History of cognitive dysfunction or other neurological diseases; 7. Night or shift work (currently or in the past 2 years); 8. 4 weeks across time zones; 9. In pregnancy; 10. Subjects are taking any prescription drugs that may affect sleep or blood pressure (have been taking antihypertensive drugs for at least 3 months); 11. Chronic heart failure (NYHA grade II-VI), Chronic renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >2mg/dL within 6 months); 12. Do not have normal behavior understanding and control ability, unable to sign the informed consent.
