18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-70 years; 2. Confirmed COVID-19 patients with disease duration less than 1 month and healthy subjects matching age and gender; 3. The subjects did not receive any form of rTMS treatment within 2 weeks; 4. MEP can be stably detected in the bilateral M1 hand region of the brain; 5. No cognitive impairment, simple mental state examination (MMSE) score >=24; 6. Patients or immediate family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe neurological disease, unable to tolerate related tests; 2. Upper limb fracture, arteriovenous fistula or other diseases that cause upper limb mobility impairment; 3. Ferromagnetic implants in the head or neck; 4. Implantation of a pacemaker; 5. Severe clotting disorders, severe cardiac insufficiency, or uncontrolled hypertension: systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg; 6. Other serious systemic diseases such as neoplasms; 7. The patient had taken baclofen, diazepam, and other drugs affecting the detection of ppTMS within 1 week; 8. Females are in menstruating period.
