Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years; 2. Compliance with the international consensus definition of sepsis (Sepsis-3.0).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy and with dyscrasia; 2. Immunocompromised patients with autoimmune disease, organ transplant and malignant hemopathy; 3. Patients with acute or chronic neuromuscular disease; 4. Patients with limb injury or amputation; 5. Patients with observing time less than 48 hours.
