18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old = 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg on 3 office measurements or a clear previous history of primary hypertension. 3. Elevated serum homocysteine (>=10 µmol/L) or being treated to lower homocysteine. 4. Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A clear source of cardiogenic embolism (atrial fibrillation or heart valve lesions) or severe sinus arrhythmia. 2. History of combined cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, malignancy, thyroid disease, or pituitary disease. 3. Vulnerable groups: including critically ill patients, people with mental illness, people with cognitive impairment, pregnant women, illiterate people, etc.
