Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with bladder cancer by histopathology and undergoing radical cystectomy plus ureterostomy; 2. The time between enrollment and operation was 4 weeks to 2 years; 3. Age >=18 years old; Barthel index of daily living activity ability >=60 points, that is, basic self-care in daily life; 4. Have basic reading and writing ability, communication and communication barriers; 5. The next exercise can be carried out after program screening and evaluation; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe lesions of other organs (heart, brain, kidney, etc.), psychiatric history and cognitive dysfunction; 2. Combined with other diseases that seriously affect movement (such as osteoarthropathy, limb dysfunction, etc.); 3. Patients with advanced tumor metastasis and recurrence; 4. Regular moderate intensity and >=150 minutes/week of physical activity.
