Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ß blockers on clinical outcomes of patients with refractory ventricular fibrillation/tachycardia CA (1) Patients aged 14-75 years; (2) The etiology of cardiac arrest is reversible; (3) In hospital CA; (4) The initial rhythm was VF or VT refractory; (5) At least three defibrillation attempts; (6) Continuous high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation received esmolol during CA; (7) Resuscitation failed after at least 3 mg of adrenaline and 300 mg of amiodarone. 2. Clinical research and application promotion of ECPR key technologies (1) Patients aged 14-75 years; (2) The etiology of cardiac arrest is reversible; (3) In hospital cardiac arrest; (4) No blood flow time10mmHg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ß blockers on clinical outcomes of patients with refractory ventricular fibrillation/tachycardia CA (1) Disagree with cardiopulmonary resuscitation; (2) Blunt, penetrating or burn related injuries; (3) Complications with short life expectancy; (4) Pregnant; (5) Recent medication history of beta-blockers or antiarrhythmic medications >=1month; 2. Clinical research and application promotion of ECPR key technologies (1) Disagree with cardiopulmonary resuscitation; (2) Blunt, penetrating or burn-related injuries; (3) Moderate and severe aortic regurgitation; (4) Complications with short life expectancy; (5) Serious impairment of consciousness before cardiac arrest; (6) Absolute contraindication of emergency angiography; (7) Contrast agent allergy; (8) Pregnant; (9) Active gastrointestinal or internal bleeding.
