Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed of T2DM according Chinese T2DM guidelines (2020); 2. 25 kg/m^2 body mass index (BMI) <28 kg/m^2; 3. Men <50 years and unmenopausal women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 2. Allergic to test drugs, previous history of pancreatitis; 3. Long-term application of calcium, hormone drugs and other drugs affecting bone metabolism and osteoporosis; 4. With malignant tumor, liver and kidney disease, thyroid and parathyroid disease or other endocrine diseases, diabetes with acute complications and mental disorders; 5. Menopausal female patients aged less than 50 years old.
