18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=18 years old; 2. The study eye meets the diagnostic criteria of DME; 3. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus; 4. Fasting blood glucose =250µm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to follow the study or the follow-up procedures; 2. Refractive interstitial opacity affects examination, such as severe cataract; 3. Active proliferative DR, vitreous haemorrhage or traction retinal detachment at baseline; 4. Macular edema caused by other causes, such as the preretinal membrane, other retinal vascular diseases or uveitis; 5. Patients with other eye diseases affecting vision (retinopathy, optic neuropathy, corneal and lens diseases, amblyopia) or vitreoretinal surgery history; 6. Received retinal photocoagulation therapy, anti-VEGF therapy and intravitreal/subconjunctival injection of corticosteroid drugs in the past 3 months; 7. Received intravitreal long-acting corticosteroid implants in the past 6 months; 8. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney or endocrine, or patients with serious cognitive disorders.
