Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Age 50 to 75, gender unlimited; 3. Course of disease >= 1 year; 4. X-ray K-L grade >= II; 5. VAS score >=4; 6. No knee osteoarthritis related drugs or other treatments were given within 1 week before enrollment; 7. Volunteer to join and adhere to the treatment related to this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of serious knee injury or knee surgery; 2. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and other joint diseases or meniscus ligament injury; 3. Patients with serious medical diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, hepatorenal endocrine, or psychiatric malignant tumors and other diseases affecting the knee joint (such as bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, etc.); 4. Women in lactation or pregnancy preparation; 5. Patients who take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as glucocorticoids or analgesics for a long time that may affect the efficacy of drugs; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and those who cannot ensure timely treatment and follow-up.
