18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients (including laparoscopic uterine surgery, laparoscopic adnexal surgery, laparoscopic myomectomy, fallopian tube plastic surgery, etc.); 2. Age >=18 years; 3.BMI < 18.5-30 kg/m^2; 4. ASA I ~ III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic or contraindicated to relevant anesthetic drugs; 2. Skin defect and infection at the site of neck puncture and history of neck surgery; 3. The presence of severe bradyarrhythmia such as degree II type II + block; 4. Severe coagulopathy; 5. Suffers from a mental illness or is taking antipsychotic drugs; 6. People with intellectual disabilities or who are unable to communicate or do not cooperate with the visitors; 7. ASA III or higher level; 8. Intraoperative conversion to open surgery and massive bleeding; 9. Sgb block failure.
