Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Chinese and Western diagnostic criteria for "pelvic rotation and displacement syndrome"; 2. Age 18-45 years old, no restriction on gender; 3. ODI score < 25; 4. Willing to accept the clinical study and sign the treatment consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with skin damage or infection at the treatment site; 2. Patients with other serious diseases of the lumbosacral region, such as lumbar tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis, malignant tumors, osteoporosis, and true lumbar spine slippage; 3. Patients with combined diabetes mellitus, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders, mental disorders, and speech disorders; 5. Patients in pregnancy; 6. Patients with a clear history of serious trauma; 7.
