Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 0 to 18 years; 2. Clinical symptoms of adenoid hypertrophy (including symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea and secretory otitis media); 3. No contraindications for adenoid surgery and secretory otitis media surgery; 4. No contraindications for soft electronic rhinoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With adenoidectomy or tonsillectomy history; 2. Requiring direct surgical treatment without follow-up treatment; 3. Contraindications for adenoid surgery and secretory otitis media surgery; 4. Contraindications for soft electronic rhinoscopy; 5. With other systemic diseases; 6. Abnormal maxillofacial structure; 7. Unable to obtain informed consent.
