Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed as "unilateral fresh hip fracture" and plan to undergo "posterolateral hip arthroplasty"; 2. ASA classification II-IV; 3. Age: 75-96; 4. BMI16-29; 5. Before operation, use Mini-Cog test to conduct cognitive screening for subjects. If the score is less than 3, the patient is considered to have cognitive impairment).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with fracture of other parts; 2. There are contraindications of spinal anesthesia or nerve block anesthesia; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with the history of mental illness; 4. Allergy to local anesthetics; 5. Refuse to participate in this research project. Mini-Cog score<3 and unable to contact family members.
