Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with idiopathic macular hole by OCT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery (such as vitrectomy, retinal cryotherapy, retinal laser therapy, etc.); 2. Patients with other intraocular diseases other than cataracts such as glaucoma, uveophthalmia or other fundus diseases , such as proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, wet age-related macular degeneration, etc.; 3. Patients with severe systemic organic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Those who cannot keep face down after surgery.
