Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnosis of short stature, including growth hormone deficiency, idiopathic short stature and small for gestational age children, aged between 11 and 16 years old; boys in both groups were adolescent when they were enrolled, with testes >=4ml, and gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) provocation test showed that the peak value of luteinizing hormone exceeded 5 mIU/ml, and the ratio of luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone was greater than 0.6; the bone age was more than 13 years old; the pituitary MRI scan showed no abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined with organic diseases; combined with thyroid disease, bone metabolic disorders; severe malnutrition; liver and kidney dysfunction; bone age greater than 16 years old; other conditions not suitable for the application of rhGH, GnRHa or letrozole.
