Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having a child with LD under 18 years old, including dyslexia, mathematical disability, written expression disability, attention-deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD); 2. The diagnosis has been confirmed by a hospital or professional institution; 3. Experiencing parenting stress, including expressing stress of being a parent of LD child, having difficulties in handling their relationships with their children, including having a hard time with child-rearing, viewing child-rearing as difficult, experiencing frequent conflicts with their children, perceiving their own parenting as problematic, or wanting to improve their current parenting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with severe emotional disorder(s), suicidal tendency, or other situations judged by researchers as unsuitable to participate.
