20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed as GDM according to the OGTT test issued by the International Association of diabetes and Pregnancy Research Groups; 2. Have complete cognitive and behavioral abilities; 3. Aged 20-40; 4. Single pregnancy; 5. The gestational age is between 24-29 weeks, and the upper limit of gestational age at the time of inclusion is set as 29 weeks to allow at least 8 weeks of intervention; 6. Body mass index (BMI) is lower than 40kg/m^2; 7. Sign the informed consent form and volunteer participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with GDM and diabetes in the past; 2. Artificial pregnancy; 3. Those with serious obstetric complications and contraindications listed in the 2019 Maternity Women's Activity Guide issued by Canada are included; 4. Other planned and supervised exercise programs or researchers participated in the study.
